Egg Omelet (Aanda Omelet)
2 Eggs (aanda)
1 onion finely chopped (piaja)
½ of a medium Tomato finely chopped (bilati)
2 green chilly finely chopped (kancha lanka)
Few coriander leaves (dhania patra)
few cumin seeds (Jeera)
pinch of turmeric powder (haladi gunda)
pinch of coriander powder (dhania gunda)
pinch of cumin powder (jeera gunda)
pinch of red chilly powder (lanka gunda)
salt to taste (luna)
2 tsp butter to fry (butter)
Break the eggs and put it in a bowl and add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
Mix them properly. Now heat a pan add 2 tsp of butter then add the cumin seeds.
When they starts crackling then add the egg mixture and flat it to the pan.
Cook on a lower flame, flip it once after one side done.
After 2-3 minutes take it out from the pan. Now the
Egg Omelet is ready. Serve hot.
You can use any refine or vegetable oil instead of butter.
